Welcome to thepaulsboutique.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Paul O'Sullivan ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using this Site, purchasing a print, or booking a photography session, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Site
This Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial browsing. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it through automated means (scraping, bots), interfering with its normal operation, or using it to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

Photography & Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, videos, text, and design elements on this Site are the original work of Paul O'Sullivan and are protected by copyright. Nothing on this Site may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, or used — in whole or in part, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise — without prior written permission.

This includes images in the Portfolio and Commercial Work sections, Journal content, and any client or brand work displayed here with permission. If you'd like to license or use an image, reach out through the Contact page.

Print Purchases
Prints sold through this Site are produced and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner. A few things to know before you order:

Production & shipping. Each print is made to order once purchased, so production takes time before it ships. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees.

Color & material variance. We do our best to represent true color and finish in product photos, but monitors vary, and a small degree of natural variance between what you see on screen and the physical print is normal.

Returns & damage. Because each print is made specifically for your order, all sales are final except in cases of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, our call.

Pricing. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice; the price at the time you complete checkout is what you pay.

Client Sessions & Commercial Bookings
For family sessions, commercial shoots, or brand work booked through this Site:

A deposit may be required to hold your date; the amount and terms will be confirmed directly with you before booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with as much notice as possible — specific policies (refundable vs. non-refundable deposit windows) will be laid out in your individual booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Paul O'Sullivan retains copyright to all images produced during a session and may use them for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. Clients receive a license to use delivered images for personal (or, for commercial clients, the agreed business) use.

Third-Party Links
This Site may link to third-party sites (social media, brand partners, the print fulfillment partner's tracking pages, etc.). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site you access from here.

Disclaimer
This Site and everything on it is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paul O'Sullivan and thepaulsboutique.com are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, a print purchase, or a booked session, beyond the value of the product or service purchased.

Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the Site and its offerings grow. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
